Owner
Paul has over 30 years of experience in the landscaping industry, a lifelong passion for landscaping, and a dedication to excellence. After working his way up the ranks of several large companies, he acquired Greener Visions Landscaping and transformed it into the thriving enterprise that Green Roots Landscaping is today.
Traditional values and innovative thinking characterize Paul's leadership, and his commitment to the environment and community engagement is evident in every project undertaken by the company. You can find Paul exploring the great outdoors, camping, overlanding, and spending quality time with his family outside of work.
Brendan Domotor
Senior Client Account Manager
Brendan brings over 15 years of experience in arboriculture and landscape management and holds multiple certifications, including ISA Certified Arborist and Maryland Licensed Tree Expert. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture, his academic foundation and commitment to continuous learning ensure that each client receives the highest level of care and attention. Brendan's dedication to environmental stewardship and community service, demonstrated through his love for nature, devotion to his three dogs, and service as a professional firefighter/EMT, make him an invaluable asset to the Green Roots Landscape team.
Rebecca Pond
Turf Care Division Manager
Rebecca brings over four years of experience in turf grass management. With meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to sustainable landscaping practices, she ensures that each client's lawn receives personalized care. Beyond her technical expertise, Rebecca fosters strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their desired lawn goals. You can find Rebecca chasing waterfalls or hitting the open road on her motorcycle outside of work. Her love for adventure and the great outdoors fuels her passion for green spaces.

With over 35 years in the green industry, Donnie Olson is a cornerstone of Green Roots Landscaping. His journey has been extraordinary, covering every aspect of landscaping, from hardscaping and drainage to grading, tree work, and estimations. Donnie’s deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience make him invaluable to our team. His commitment to excellence shines through in every project, whether it’s a beautifully designed outdoor space or a complex grading task.
