Our estate landscape maintenance services encompass every aspect of outdoor stewardship, including:
- Enhancement Specialist: Biweekly, an enhancement specialist will be dedicated to your property for a full day (April- November). They will meticulously inspect your landscape, create detailed notes on any potential enhancements or minor issues, and promptly address them, such as reseeding bare spots in the lawn, replacing damaged plants, or tidying up landscape beds. to maintain the impeccable appearance of your estate.
- Turf Care: Our dedicated team will conduct six (6) visits per year to ensure your lawn remains lush, healthy, and vibrant. Services will encompass soil test, fertilization, weed control, and monitoring for any signs of turf issues. (Detailed below)
- Aeration and Overseeding: Bi-annually, we will perform core aeration to alleviate soil compaction and enhance nutrient absorption. Following aeration, we will oversee your lawn with premium grass seed to promote thick, resilient turf and address any sparse areas.
- Weed Management: We will diligently keep your landscape beds and turf areas free from unsightly weeds through regular weed pulling or targeted spraying, ensuring a clean and well-manicured appearance for your property.
- Edging of Beds: We will define the borders of your landscape beds with crisp, clean edges, elevating the overall aesthetic appeal of your property and providing a polished look to your outdoor spaces.
- Mulch Replacement: As needed, we will provide occasional mulch replacement, up to 5 cubic yards for the year, to refresh and enhance the appearance of your landscape beds, suppress weed growth, and retain moisture in the soil.
- Leaf Removal: Three times during the fall season (October through December), we will efficiently remove leaves from your lawn and landscape beds, ensuring they remain free from debris and allowing your property to maintain its pristine appearance.
- Shrub Pruning: Quarterly, our skilled horticulturists will meticulously prune and shape your shrubs to maintain their natural beauty, encourage healthy growth, and prevent overgrowth that could detract from your landscape's aesthetics.
- Plant Health Care: Our certified arborists will conduct seven (7) visits per year (April-October) to assess the health of your trees and ornamental plants. We will implement a customized plant health care program, encompassing fertilization, pest and disease management, and targeted treatments as necessary to ensure the vitality and longevity of your plants.
- Irrigation System Management: Our specialists will manage your irrigation system, including start-up in the spring and winterization in the fall. Additionally, we will conduct periodic checks and adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and water efficiency throughout the year. We will notify you of any issues and create separate proposals for any repairs.
- Landscape Lighting: Illuminate and secure your estate with our specialized landscape lighting services. We meticulously inspect, maintain, and adjust lights to enhance the beauty and safety of your outdoor environment. Our custom lighting solutions are designed to accentuate the distinctive features of your landscape, fostering ambiance and functionality across your outdoor spaces. We will notify you of any issues and create separate proposals for any repairs.
